LAUNDROMAT FRANCHISE COST & INVESTMENT

Real Numbers, Straight From Our FDD

See what it costs to open a LaundroLab, the ongoing franchise fees, and actual financial performance reported in our FDD.

Franchise Disclosure Document

What is the FDD?

The Franchise Disclosure Document is a legal filing required by the FTC before any franchisor can take your money. It’s not marketing. It’s 23 standardized sections covering fees, obligations, litigation history, and — in Item 19 — actual financial performance from real stores.

We can summarize it for you. We can walk you through it on a call. But if a number on this page and a number in the FDD ever disagree, the FDD wins. That’s by design, not an accident.

Items 6, 7, and 19 are the ones prospective franchisees ask about most — fees, what it costs to open, and what stores actually make. That’s what the rest of this page covers.

Multi-Store Owner Incentive

The More You Grow, the More You Keep

LaundroLab was built for owners who think big. Our tiered royalty structure rewards portfolio growth with a lower royalty rate — applied across your entire portfolio the moment a new tier is triggered.

This isn’t a discount on just the new unit. When you open your second location, the reduced rate applies to every store you operate. It’s one of the most compelling ways we align our success with yours.
