What Is LaundroLab 101?
Training built for the real world of laundromat ownership.
LaundroLab 101 is our comprehensive new store training program — designed specifically for store owners and their management teams to be fully prepared before they open their doors. It’s a blended learning program, combining the flexibility of self-paced digital coursework with intensive, hands-on facility-based training at LaundroLab headquarters in Charlotte, NC. You don’t just learn about running a LaundroLab — you actually do it, before day one.

Self-Paced Digital Learning
Online modules delivered through LaundroLab’s Learning Management System (LMS) — complete them on your schedule while your store is under construction. Interactive tools, self-assessments, and scenario-based practice keep learning active, not passive.
2-Day In-Person Training
Monthly cohort sessions at LaundroLab headquarters and our laundromat facilities in Charlotte, NC. You’ll reinforce everything from the digital curriculum and put it into real practice — on real machines, with real laundry. Wear comfortable shoes.
Ongoing Portal Access
Training doesn’t stop at graduation. LaundroLab’s Notion-based knowledge hub — a Wikipedia for everything LaundroLab — stays with you and your entire team for the life of your franchise.

Training happens while your store is being built.
LL101 is timed to key construction milestones — so you arrive at opening day confident, not scrambling.
Step 1: Submit for Permits
You’re enrolled in the LMS and digital coursework begins. Work through modules at your own pace.
Step 2: Virtual Coursework
Self-paced training modules run throughout construction — completed online at your own pace.
Step 3: LaundroLab 101
Permits approved → register for your 2-day in-person cohort session. Sessions run monthly.
Step 4: Store Commissioning
Final launch prep. We meet at your store to go over final finish-out – plus on-site training for you & your team.

Your LaundroLab 101 Final Exam
The Folding Test
Your final challenge is a real wash-dry-fold order, processed from start to finish. You’ll move it through the software, work the apps, wash, dry, fold, and package it to LaundroLab standards. We grade our folds hard, and we’ll grade yours too. After expert-led training, we think you’ll be ready.
